"Meet Natalie Marino | Director of IT Solutions & The Latina Techie"
Natalie: Empathy is a principle that matters to me because it allows me to understand and relate to the feelings and experiences of others. It involves putting ourselves in someone else’s shoes, imagining how they might be feeling, and responding with kindness and understanding. When we practice empathy, we are better able to connect with others, build meaningful relationships, and foster a sense of community.
