This blog will serve as a hub of curated content that encompasses the myriad aspects of being a woman in the world of technology and science. From personal narratives to technical breakthroughs, we want to showcase the full spectrum of brilliance.
Did you know that of the 25% of women working in tech, Hispanic/Latina women only represent 1% of those roles? Similarly of those 25% of women 5% are Asian and 3% are Black women (TechTarget.com).
I created The Latina Techie to bring awareness to the importance of representation and the power it holds in inspiring the next generation. I want to empower underrepresented women in STEM by creating opportunities and providing resources so we can gain the confidence to create our own paths to pursue the career of our dreams.
We too can generate wealth for ourselves and those closest to us and create a legacy that will stand for generations to come. We aim to break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create a supportive community that uplifts and empowers.

Mentorship has played a huge role in shaping my career, and I believe it’s something anyone can benefit from, whether you’re just starting out in tech or are a seasoned tech veteran. Additionally, I offer Consulting for businesses and start-ups focused on guiding you through the technical landscape, and am ready to speak at your next conference or educational event!
I host my exclusive #TechieTalks series, which is a 1-Hour Instagram Live segment where I collaborate with fellow industry professionals and soul-led entrepreneurs to bring you insight and keys to success. Finally, I’d like to personally invite you to my upcoming event, A Seat At Her Table! This is a 2-day event hosted on September 7-8, 2023 at The Dalmar in Fort Lauderdale that provides a unique opportunity for women in business to network with like-minded individuals, learn from successful entrepreneurs and business leaders, and harness their intuition to build profitable businesses and/or careers.
